Our candidates are not only NZ based, we also recruit internationally from UK, Australia, USA, South Africa and other countries. We do everything for you: Find out about the position, company culture and work environment. Advertise the role for you within your budget. Source the candidates through advertising, database search and referrals. We then interview and pre-screen the candidates. After that we make a shortlist and send the CV's through to the client. CRS coordinate any interviews and provide feedback to the candidate / client. The next step is the negotiation of the offer: CRS manages this, at the same time maintaining the channels of communication between client and candidate to find that middle ground. After that we manage the acceptance of the offer and the resignation process for the candidate which can often be a very delicate process. After the candidate starts work we follow up to make sure everything is going well. To ensure our process meets stringent internal quality checks we send every candidate we place an in-depth feedback form to fill out. We are also constantly asking our clients how we can do things better and how we can tailor our service to meet their specific needs. Then we give ourselves a pat on the back for another job well done.
