Boasting a staff that’s all American (OK we’ve let a few Canadians slip through!) we remain reasonably priced to meet your budget; we don’t have the overhead of “the big guys”, and we tend to recruit those looking for a career change or second chance rather than the usual techbro channels. We strongly feel that this additional diversity is part of our strength and helps us truly understand business requirements and work with clients. We’ve done a fair number of “salvage” jobs where we picked up the reigns from another consultancy that dropped the ball since they tried to apply a “one-size-fits-all” solution. When one brings a perspective from the bottom up, there suddenly are a lot fewer square pegs going into round holes.
