Crushers Club

Winner of the 2022 Chicago Innovation Award, the Crusher WorkForce Initiative has become a catalyst for transformation and change. With a multi-year approach and tactics garnered from replicating the gang model, Crusher WorkForce keeps youth employed and motivates them to become entrepreneurs and business owners while changing their mindset and negative behavior patterns that put them at risk of being involved in the justice system and or a victim of gun violence. Crushers’ youth participate in the program at no charge, so donations from generous individuals are critical to the success of the Club. Your contribution will support programming that keeps Englewood youth in school, employed, and out of gangs and the justice system.
