Cryak Consulting was created from an identified need to personalise and decode the potentially complex world of governance, risk and compliance, for organisations without embedded processes and limited access to inhouse resources – human and / or time. As education and other not for profit entities become the focus of higher levels of regulation and governance, simple and cost-effective solutions that help formalise and integrate programs are provided. These processes will positively impact culture and behaviour, ensuring risk and compliance programs are not just necessary tasks, but a key element of the ‘best practice’ governance environment. Boards, Advisory Councils and management teams have greater levels of personal responsibility as regulatory changes continue to roll out, particularly with respect to the key areas of negligence and child protection.
