CryptoViridis is a multi division crypto mining company with our self-mining division focused on BTC. Other divisions of CryptoViridis are below: Customer Service Contract Division: Under this division, CryptoViridis mines and manages customer owned equipment (full service), generating revenue with management fees, equipment sales, and energy reimbursements. Trapped/Stranded Energy Division: Under this division, CryptoViridis builds customer mining bases utilizing stranded energy, such as stranded oil or natural gas to power generators and run mining containers. We also find access to businesses underutilized energy access to allow the same. This division has 3 client models for utilizing stranded energy:(1) Client access model where the client grants us access to their site(s) and we supply all capital equipment matching their supply.(2) Client ownership model in where the client would supply the capex required to purchase and install the equipment required matching their supply.(3) Hybrid model would simply be a model in between 1 & 2 where both the client and CryptoViridis would add capital for equipment required. Regardless of which model and/or division within CryptoViridis, we will continue to work to move all energy usage to environmentally responsibly sourced where reasonably practical. By the very definition of the name CryptoViridis (translated as Green Crypto), we wanted it to be very clear of our committed focus on ESG (Environmental and Social Governance) in all business practices. CryptoViridis looks to be a strong influencer in doing as much as reasonably practical to make our mining practices as ‘Green’ as we can.
