Crystal Lemon Care Ltd is a family run organisation and valuing or workforce and customers is at the heart of our ethos. The company was first established in and was incorporated at companies’ house in 2003 and since then we have provided specialised care and home care to many local authorities across a wide range of services. We are committed to tailoring all our services to the individuals needs and involving the user of our services in the production of a personal centered support plan that allows the individual the opportunity to live as independently as possible. Our Domiciliary Care Service provides an important range of care and support, short-term and long-term. This includes practical and domestic tasks which include personal care, administration of medication, social outings and sitting services, provision of personal assistants and Live In Care services: Although Crystal Lemon Care does not provide nursing care; we have a bank of specially trained personnel with expertise in the delivery of additional care to people with specific healthcare needs.
