CrystalVille Group of Companies is a property developer specialising in landed residential and commercial projects for more than 20 years. We've successfully completed projects in Sri Hartamas, Subang Alam, Setapak, Cyberjaya and Gombak. We pride ourselves in being an SME who is able to deliver on time quality projects. Crystalville Group consists of CrystalVille Sdn Bhd, Subang Alam Sdn Bhd, Prisma Ville Sdn Bhd and Cyberlake Sdn Bhd with a portfolio of completed projects totalling RM700 million. We entered the Real estate space focussing on premium developments but have since pivot into semi affordable development to cater to market demand. We only develop 2-3 parcels of land at any one time due to our size to ensure that we commit to delivering quality and on time projects. We do not see ourselves as competitors to more prominent and big scale developers. We endeavour to fill a vacuum where bigger developers strategically do not wish to pursue.
