The William “Bill” Chiat Institute for Excellence in County Government is an award-winning professional, practical continuing education program for senior county administrators and elected officials. Its goal is to expand capacity and capability of county leaders in providing extraordinary services to their communities. Established in 2008, the Institute is a component of the California Counties Foundation, Inc, a subsidiary of the California State Association of Counties, with a network of over past participants.
