Founded in 2002 by Chris Whitt, Storm Nolan, and Kane Whitt, CSK Hotels was an extension of Whitt Properties which managed the real estate investments of Chris Whitt since the 1980’s. Since 2002, CSK Hotels has developed and owned, or managed over 20 hotel projects in Arkansas, Florida, Tennessee, Washington D.C, and Texas. Additionally, CSK owns and operates retail centers, self storage facilities, convenience stores, mixed-use buildings, industrial warehouses, a powersports dealership, and an Arkansas based cannabis cultivation facility.
