CSM Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd. is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary firm with almost 30 years’ experience in the South African construction industry. CSM was established in the Western Cape in 1994, to meet the substantial needs of a newly democratic South Africa. Our team unites industry experts from the fields of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, interior architecture, quantity surveying, and project management. Our multi-disciplinary approach gives us a 360-degree view of each project. This allows for optimal efficiency and assures our clients that we get things right, first time, on time and within budget. CSM has a proven track record of quality, with wide-ranging experience at various governmental, educational and municipal institutions. Our work ranges from masterplan design, construction of new facilities, through to conducting condition assessments of existing facilities, surveys and heritage consulting.
