Ct Votes For Animals

CVA envisions a future where all animals live in peace under the protection of strong laws. We work toward this vision by creating and improving Connecticut's laws and encouraging our elected leaders to make the well-being of animals their priority. We work with voters, legislators & other officials across CT government, and a hired lobbyist to introduce and pass pro-animal laws. We also fight the passage of harmful, inhumane laws. We are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that aims to:* Serve as the political arm of Connecticut's animal protection movement.* Advocate pro-animal policies.* Educate the public regarding animal protection issues.* Rally an engaged public to support passage of animal-friendly laws and the defeat of proposals harmful to animals.* Safeguard the interests of animals by making their well-being a priority for our elected leaders.
