The Company is run by David Toms and Daniel Chambers who, with over 30 years combined experience, have worked on a range of sites across Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire including Taylor Wimpey, Kier, Redrow Homes and Linden Homes. Our services specialise in new builds- covering the full range of new developments from sales centres and compounds through to completion of properties and a full range of inspection, testing and home security systems. Our experience in the industry has resulted in consistently working to the NHBC Pride In Job standards, which are applied to all works on a daily basis. CTE Services are NICEIC registered and all installations are inspected and tested to BS7671 standards. Along with this, CTE Services are also an accredited contractor with the Contractors Heath and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)/CQMS and SMAS CTE Services understand the importance of timescale and are renowned for their ability to finish a project on time and to a high standards - leading them to win Subcontractor of the Year 2018 for Linden Homes.
