That is why Carolyn partners with an organization’s leadership and staff to set goals and design plans to meet them. She assesses needs, assists leaders and staff in designing and implementing change strategies, and evaluates the change process, all in collaboration with you – the organization. Throughout the entire process Carolyn openly shares techniques and skills in order to assist your organization in becoming self-sufficient in continuing your positive development.
