Cub Scout Pack 69

Established in 1945, Pack 69 is Homestead's oldest pack! We keep a vigorous schedule of events and activities, allowing our Scouts to get the most out of their scouting experience. We maintained an active schedule throughout COVID, proving the dedication, health, and vitality of our Pack and its leaders. The Pack has fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life. The Pack has dens for boys and girls in grades K-5. We were created following Troop 69 in 1945 and were first chartered in June of 1945 by Homestead Presbyterian Church. By 1949, Cub Scout Pack 69 had it's very first Den, Den 1, which were the first to receive our Pack flag. Shortly after our charter with the Homestead Presbyterian Church, we transferred to Silver Palm United Methodist Church and have been there ever since. In 2019, Pack 69 was one of the first Packs in South Florida to welcome in girls to the once boys-only Scouting program. Since 1945, Cub Scout Pack 69 has been actively involved in the community and helped thousands of Scouts learn essential life and social skills. Interested in learning more about our Pack?
