The Cuba Cheese Shoppe, best known for their famous New York State sharp white cheddar cheese, operates both as a cheese retail outlet, and a as a commercial wholesaler. For over a century, award-winning Cuba Cheese was only available to the commercial food industry and to a few select mail order customers. In 1976, the Cuba Cheese Shoppe was founded and began operating both as a retail cheese outlet for the general public, and as a commercial wholesaler. Today, in addition to their retail outlet and wholesale operations, the Cuba Cheese Shoppe also ships their products (most notably, their award-winning New York State White Cheddar Cheese, cold-pack cheese spreads, and specialty gourmet gifts packages) to mail order and internet customers across the country. The company’s products include a wide selection of gourmet cheeses in addition to complementary products such as crackers, honey mustard, jams, and cheese accessories.
