An independent micro-brewery based in Ballarat, Mt. Pleasant. We have a 500L brew house made from reclaimed material that we use to hand craft 14 unique and traditional recipes with contemporary twists; while remaining chemical free. The in haus bar, also built from reclaimed material, provides a space to enjoy refreshing brews, pizzas with house-made dough (the secret ingredient is beer!), delicious toasties and local musical talent on Saturdays and Sundays.
