We function as the advocate for the Owner, understanding your needs and protecting your interests throughout the entire process. This allows you to maintain focus on your regular day-to-day operations and responsibilities. Our experience in the construction environment, along with our solid relationships in the industry, allows us to help you avoid potential expensive mistakes. We coordinate and manage your contractual relationships with designers, engineers, contractors and vendors ensuring that all members of the project team are working towards a common goal. We maintain a horizontal relationship between the Owner and the project teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and mitigate unnecessary confusion.
