Self-Esteem, Confidence, and Mental Health – strategies for managing pressure, comparison, and resilience. Bystander Intervention – how to safely challenge harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Healthy Relationships and Consent – recognising communication, respect, and equality. These sessions support schools and colleges in meeting their RSE (Relationships and Sex Education) and PSHE requirements while giving students the knowledge, empathy, and tools they need to navigate today’s world safely and confidently.
