I'm Liadhán, a certified Child Sleep Consultant and a mother to three wonderful children who once taught me the real meaning of "sleep like a baby" — which, as many parents know, isn't always as peaceful as it sounds! How I Work Working with families of children aged 4 months to 6 years, I start by gathering detailed information through an intake form and a 3-day sleep diary. This helps us pinpoint patterns and tailor strategies that fit seamlessly into your family life. Our initial consultation opens the dialogue about your specific challenges and goals, leading to a customised sleep plan that respects your parenting style and your child’s needs.
