Since 1994, Culinary Source LLC has been an owner and operator of restaurants, retail and wholesale food and beverage businesses, a contract manager of client restaurants and a food service consulting and design service firm. Culinary Source LLC. provides contract management services, food industry management advisory services (consulting), new restaurant development and openings, team training, systems management and commercial kitchen and restaurant design services. We have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Eugene. Culinary Source LLC owns and operates several restaurants, retail markets, coffee businesses and catering operations as well as a being a wholesale USDA specialty meat processor (charcuterie) and a wholesale specialty foods producer.
