Cultivando Wellness provides mental health and educational services to individuals and groups who are interested in personal growth. In an inclusive and neuro-affirming space, we support each individual journey of self-development. We help individuals take steps towards remembering and acknowledging their strengths, resilience, and foster the inspiration to continue moving towards a thriving life, from a holistic and decolonized point of view. Cultivando Wellness honors the deep roots of our identity, recognizing the wisdom passed down through our ancestors and the strength embedded in our lineage. We embrace the power of community and affirm the healing potential within us all, while challenging the stigma around seeking mental health support. Our approach is grounded in strengths-based and culturally-affirming practices that value the interconnectedness of our past, present, and future, guiding us toward holistic well-being and collective healing. We welcome individuals of all genders, racial or ethnic backgrounds, and identities, fostering a space where everyone can heal and thrive. We seek to educate, connect, and empower the community, with a focus on the Latinx community.
