Cultivate:Good is a social impact consultant collective dedicated to supporting nonprofit and sustainability leaders with strategic planning, fundraising and partnership expertise. When it comes to strategic planning, we believe leaders often have a vision for their organization but struggle with finding the time needed for research and deep reflection to fuel the creative process. We take a functional approach to helping organizational leaders clarify the What, Why and How of their work, including, crucially, defining what they won’t do. Critically, we link all our strategic planning with a viable funding plan to ensure all the great ideas generated have a realistic pathway to fruition. Our philosophy on fundraising is to view it as a long-term game. Consistent donor engagement strategies that identify, qualify, cultivate and close leads over time are imperative to realizing resource goals and automating what can feel like an overwhelming process. We provide practical and clear steps to break this process down into manageable steps that result in new revenue. Impactful partnerships that actually deliver need to be set-up for success from the beginning.
