Cultive Consulting was created with the goal of humanising each individual employee’s experiences and outcomes in the workplace. We recognised that the way we work has changed. And not just since the pandemic. Accelerated commercial engagement dates back to the Industrial Revolution and has increased both the speed of production and customers’ expectations. The result is that businesses are evolving. However, one thing that hasn’t kept pace with the change are the people empowering practices behind the profits.
