Culture Matters subtitled in 2024,"When Technology meets People, we need to Translate people’s Culture" To achieve our mission, We have Three main focuses Tech to People AS Users Communication with end users to understand their needs and preferences How : Active observation, Conducting user research, Targeted interviews through relevant questions Goal : Let People understand the Tech (company’s products and services) Tech to People IN Other Cultures Understanding the sociocultural context of different markets in order to effectively cater to them. How : Creating “Personas” and variations of possible scenarios to better understand the target audience.
