A Lloyd’s Broker providing clients with facultative reinsurance access to Lloyd’s, the London Company Market, the broader international reinsurance market and to the GCC market. This allows us to be a “one stop shop” for clients from the region seeking reinsurance support on whatever nature of risk: we provide what I suppose could be called “old fashioned” reinsurance broking where we endeavour to match the right risk to the right market with no preconceptions and try always to do reciprocal business with our cedants once we understand what it is they are trying to achieve. Although fully capable of handling larger, we concentrate our efforts on risks below US$500million insured value where we believe that service is a factor and that therefore we can add most value. We have no lower limit since we believe that our clients deserve a full service if they are kind enough to appoint us. Having said that we have placed substantial (US$1.5bn+) Property All Risks, BI and Material Damage cases for major GCC corporations. We have particular specialisms in the London and International market in the fields of: Aviation Hull and Liability – narrow bodied jets such as 737, BBJ and A3xx series a particular speciality – we have a number of regional clients PI led business which includes but is not limited to- - Decennial Risk - Construction PI - Latent Defects Liability - Medical Malpractice - Directors and Officers Within the GCC market we place a wide variety of risks including Marine Hull and Cargo, Engineering, EAR and CAR and have both inwards and outwards facultative reinsurance relationships with insurers and reinsurers in most MENA markets.
