Cumulus Engineering is a specialist water engineering business focused on flood risk and stormwater management services. Our Mission: Building a Climate-Resilient and Sustainable Future, with Confidence and Expertise, for Communities and the Environment. Our focus is on delivering innovative water management solutions that build community resilience, safeguard the environment, and support the transition to cleaner energy.We are based in Melbourne, Adelaide and Geelong. Cumulus is wholly owned and operated by Directors Julian Skipworth and Sarah Hollis who between them have more than 20 years experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, floodplain management and urban flood mapping.
