Curbs And Stoops

Curbs and Stoops is an art accessibility think-tank geared towards democratizing the accessibility of fine art across a diverse range of socio-economic and cultural communities. Like our name suggests, we believe art dialogue should be everywhere including the thresholds that define our cities; our curbs and our stoops. This way, engaging art is not a destination, like going to a museum. Instead, it is a part of a visual vernacular. We fulfill our mission by implementing public art projects, interactive projects, limited edition print releases, progressive residency programs, curating pop-up exhibitions, as well as guerilla art projects and installations. We exploit the extents of interactive media in order to provide fine art to those who cannot afford gallery prices. We believe in the necessity of accessibility to art and design, and offer our combined creative talents to support this mission. This is not a personal statement or anything fancy like that, it’s who we are.
