As a women-owned events company, Curio Events Group has proud roots in the hospitality industry, offering a thoughtful stress-free approach to event planning. Led by Karrie Johnson and Sarah Wingfield, Curio Events Group offers a leadership team with more than 20 years of combined event planning experience, working with some of the best vendors and venues in the business. Karrie and Sarah met in 2006 while both working at Choice Hotels International, one of the largest hotel companies in the world. As team members and fast friends, Karrie and Sarah both shared a passion for hospitality and a dream to one day start an events company of their own. This mutual dream eventually became a reality— Curio Events Group.
