Curious Sunshine, located in Denver,CO, is a holistic wellness business that provides products and services that promote mindfulness, curiosity and play to communities of color. Through our offerings we strive to bring mindful play into adult daily life. We value the fact that play is not limited to childhood and is crucial for our healing and liberation. To embark on rediscovering our inner "sunshine" we use mindfulness tools and a curious eye. Our most popular product is a Black wellness activity book, Black In Color: A Melanated Activity Guide to Liberation. This book features coloring pages, puzzles, journal prompts and more that capture the reclaiming of joy and play. Our services include classes, Quirkshops (quirky workshops) and e-learning that actively explore how to tap into our authentic selves and cultivate more play and creativity within ourselves but the world around us!
