ENTRE FOR URBAN AND RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING ENTERPRISES (CURIPe), formerly known as THE CENTRE FOR URBAN AND RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING, has been operating since November 2004 under registration No. 1070/2004-05 dated 21.09.2004, and Service Tax Registration No. AAEFC4582HST001 dated 07.02.05. In July 2008, it underwent a nomenclature change for administrative purposes. CURIPe holds ISO 9001-2008 certification. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES CURIPe provides comprehensive technical guidance for various urban and rural planning activities. This includes the preparation of Infrastructural Development plans for Urban Local bodies, Architectural Services, Master Plans, and Detailed Project Reports for a range of projects such as Housing schemes, Industrial Parks, IT & BT Parks, High Rise Buildings, Office and commercial complexes, and Multiplexes. Additionally, CURIPe specializes in consultancy services related to traffic and transportation, including the identification of locations for flyovers, grade separators, and subways. It offers expertise in improving circulation patterns, forming missing links, and designing new roads to establish a robust road network. This involves conducting thorough investigations, surveys, structural design, and cost estimates. Furthermore, CURIPe excels in the design of water supply and sanitation schemes, environmental impact assessment and control, solid waste management, pollution control in industrial areas, and rainwater harvesting management to enhance groundwater potential and community health. Moreover, CURIPe offers consultancy services to study revenue generation for urban local bodies and proposes measures for improvement.
