My goal is to share with you a 'culinary experience' and teach you how to cook creatively concocted vegetarian & vegan foods with the breadth of the Indian 'medicinal' pantry that will nourish not just your body, but your soul as well! My cooking classes cater to cooks of every level, and are educational & hands-on, with expert guidance, techniques, and personal attention. They provide the perfect introduction to the richness of Indian cuisine, while demystifying the overwhelms of the plethora of spices!
