Custera

Custera is clinical supervision software for the supervisory relationship across the behavioral health professions — built to bring structure, consistency, and ethical rigor to the most formative stage of a clinician's career. Across social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and psychology, newly licensed-eligible clinicians complete thousands of hours of supervised practice on the way to independent licensure — often under supervisors stretched thin across full caseloads. The result is supervision that varies widely in quality during the exact period when it matters most. Custera closes that gap. The platform gives both supervisor and supervisee their own structured workflow: pre-session prep, in-session guidance with built-in scripts, post-session documentation, competency tracking, hours logging, and ethics decision support — anchored to recognized professional and ethical standards. Custera exists so that no supervisory relationship is left to improvisation — so supervisees receive developmentally sound, consistent guidance, and supervisors gain a defensible, organized framework that protects everyone involved.
