Our company began operation in our Middleburg, Pennsylvania facility in September of 2005, with production beginning in December of the same year. Our Middleburg facility is comprised of approximately square feet of manufacturing space, located on 54 acres of land. Incorporating the highest degree of experience, dedication and professionalism, our company envisions a future of tremendous growth. All branches of our organization function as one unit, and represent the best manufacturing force in the modular industry today. To accomplish this, we offer an extensive selection of floor plans, from ranches and capes, to large two stories and contemporary models. Complete customization of construction allows you to build a home to suit your needs and specifications.
