Custom by Care was founded in 2021 by Caroline Murchie. What started as a pandemic project evolved into something greater. With a background in marketing and a passion for sustainability, Caroline wanted to create something beautiful for your home that was more than a candle. The brand rapidly emerged as a staple of luxury and innovation in the Toronto wellness space. She now works with local businesses creating their own custom candles and bringing their creative visions to life through curated scents. Initially a self-taught candle-maker, she now teaches candle-making workshops in hopes that people will begin to reuse the vessels that typically become waste.
