We custom design the highest quality memory foam mattresses to ensure unsurpassed luxury and in-flight comfort. With the ability to CNC / machine cut memory foam to fit virtually any application, CCS is the source for your aircraft bedding needs. Our mattresses are hand crafted and totally custom to your specific application. We use a high quality memory foam, custom cut using a special CNC machining process, and encapsulated in a very durable, flame resistant fabric (Note: Our mattresses meet the requirements of FAR 25.853(c), oil can burn test for installed seat cushions. We can provide paperwork to show compliance with this testing). We then fabricate a custom fitted outer cover made from high thread-count, high quality cotton fabric which is removable and machine washable. All mattresses are designed with a reinforced top stitch inner cover and are made with a surged inner seam to ensure durability. We offer a variety of colors to choose from, both for the mattresses and the storage bags, to match virtually any interior.
