Custom Reserves

Custom Reserves is a consulting company that provides Reserve budgets for Member governed communities of all shapes and sizes. Clients are served throughout the United States. Clients include condominiums, co-ops, homeowners associations, planned unit developments, community development districts and property owner associations, with construction styles that range from townhouses to hi-rises. Other experience includes specialty establishments such as international properties, vacation ownership resorts (timeshares) as well as worship, retreat and camp facilities.
