We design, develop, and deliver professional learning workshops and coaching that helps teachers navigate and adapt to cultural differences in the classroom. Each workshop allows teachers to take action toward implementing sustainable teaching practices that develop cultural competence, center equity, and celebrate diversity. This allows all students to be affirmed, welcomed, and celebrated through instruction. Using culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy as a foundation, we build awareness of how to become and remain culturally competent, create an inclusive classroom environment, design and deliver culturally relevant lessons, and develop a personalized learning experience so students thrive academically and personally.
