Custom Training

We specialise in helping organisations to meet their health, safety and wellbeing goals by designing and delivering flexible and effective mental health, first aid and pre-hospital care training to people at all levels. As an experienced adult educator and specialist Paramedic, I've met lots of people who, like me, have had negative experiences of face-to-face and online training courses. People often tell me that their courses didn't really meet their needs, were very presentation focussed and boring. This clearly isn't great for the individual, but more importantly it doesn't support organisational goals or contribute to staff engagement. I'm passionate about developing people and decided that I wanted to offer a better alternative. I set up my business to partner with organisations to advise, design and deliver courses that support business outcomes whilst also delivering effective training that learners love! Every organisation and group of learners is different, so I offer completely flexible training. Courses are available in face-to-face, blended or online formats, the content can be tailored to meet your needs and can be delivered at a time and place to suit the learners.
