The goal of the company is to assist specifically e-trade companies prolonging their customer relations. We do this by our Re-purchaseForcast™ model which is a predictive analysis method forecasting customer purchasing behavior. The knowledge base of the company is a combined competence from statistics, market communication, direct marketing, economics and of course e-trade. Customer Value is at present focusing on supporting e-trade companies HQ established within Sweden. However we do support cross-border sales and sales via local branches. An expansion of our offering will be made as our automated services product line now is being developed. Combining our report products with our customer segmentations tools clients will be able to adapt their one-to-one communication according to predicted purchasing change patterns. Thus prolonging customers’ lifetime and - as a result - the profitability of our clients.
