CVE Insights is dedicated to developing innovative, evidence-based, and community focused solutions to sustainably prevent and counter violent extremism globally. We conduct original research, including experimental testing of practices, and provide comprehensive capacity building and policy advice. Our goal is to empower decision-makers and frontline practitioners with evidence-based solutions that drive positive change while safeguarding fundamental freedoms and rights. Effective P/CVE policies and practices must be grounded in a deep, locally contextualised understanding of individual and collective psychology and behaviour, supported by a strong evidence base. Our expert team employs rigorous methods and techniques to enhance understanding of violent extremism and to develop bottom-up, sustainable solutions and strategies that are not only innovative but also empirically validated through systematic evaluation. By doing so, we effectively tailor these solutions to the global, national, and local levels. Our team comprises experts in violent extremism, data science, quantitative and qualitative research, psychology, law and public policy, security, strategic communications, and gender equality, among others. This enables us to work across our six priority areas- Community Resilience - Disengagement, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration - Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)- Early Warning and Response Systems - Youth Empowerment - Strategic Communications
