Cxo Fellows Program

The CXO Fellowship program is dedicated to providing enriching professional development opportunities for the next generation of Federal leaders in acquisitions, finance, human capital, and information technology. The program provides an opportunity for Federal leaders to grow professionally through a unique set of educational seminars and events. During the year-long program, Fellows meet with leaders in the Federal management community and learn about innovative government operations through educational seminars and “Inside Government” events. The objective of the program is to provide a unique perspective on the innovative missions led by Federal agencies. Our Mission 1) To connect the rising leaders across government in functions of federal acquisition, finance, human capital, and information technology. 2) To foster cross-community relationship building through interactive discussions and collaboration. 3) To invest in outstanding Federal employees to broaden their knowledge of the Federal government and improve retention.
