We go by the name of CycleAI, a social project that seeks solutions for a sustainable urban mobility policy through AI. Perception of risk impedes people from cycling. We aim to build an AI model to estimate a score of perceived road safety based on the objects in an image. Using Google Street View, a map of safety will be affordably created for entire cities, enhancing urban planning and policies. Furthermore, we will develop a machine learning route planner based on cyclists' perceived safety. On top of that, our software will enable unprecedented assisted driving on micromobility devices - such as bikes and scooters - based on the 5G technology. Want to give us a hand?
