We believe that everyone is entitled to have the practical life skills and self-empowerment tools needed to experience mental, emotional and physical well-being. Our purpose is to support people of all generations to discover what it means to live with confidence, drive and ambition. Living in an increasingly pressurised society has led to higher rates of anxiety, self-doubt and low self-esteem amongst young people. Determined to make "happiness" the new normal, CYE-CYL is launching the CYE-CYL Summer Challenge to allow young people to discover their highest potential. These include: developing vocational and life skills; partnering up with organisations to increase employment and internship opportunities; improving overall well-being through self-empowerment workshops and mindfulness; collaborating on initiatives for young people with other community organisations and more.
