The firm was established in 2004 with a team of dedicated and committed personals. AR. Foo, the Principal Architect, is an experienced Malaysian Registered Professional Architect who owns more than 35 years of architectural field design expertise. The company offers design and urban planning consultancy services which range from large scaled high-rise apartment buildings, office, commercial, hospitality, heritage, mixed-used development to low density luxury residential bungalows, Semi-Ds unit, terraced-housing, renovation or refurbishment and many more. He graduated his Masters from Louisiana State of University, US in 1988 specializing in Architecture. Our design philosophy: • To provide practical yet creative design that transcend the aesthetics and built form; • To produce design that reflects and respect while enhancing the value to the nature and its culture origin with a sense of obligation to the community; • To challenge the traditional concepts of design by exploring the relationship between the built environment and the nature, a design that is always contextual. • To offer design solutions that are sensitive to the local context yet responsive to the clients’ needs. It is our strong believe that to successfully achieve a seamless integration of all design elements is a result of collective effort from the clients and all consultants.
