We call it our 95/15 Dynamic Support – a reference to our self-imposed performance criteria: 95% of technical queries resolved within 15 minutes. All support calls are answered in-person during business hours, and expert advice is provided within 10 minutes by phone, video call or screen sharing, helping to resolve issues promptly and keep installations moving. We also conduct free site surveys pre-install to ensure optimum system set-up, plus provide on-site commissioning support for first-time projects or installations over 150 devices.
