Cynergy Systems LLC provides technical advisory, training, research support and analysis services to professional clients in litigation support, corporate, academic and institutional clients. Through three distinct divisions the firm focuses on areas that include technology implementation, training program design and implementation as well as research design and statistical analysis for academics. It caters primarily to professional firms and academic institutions however has also recently provide consulting services to small business development. Information Technology Division: Designs, manages and oversees systems implementations including; Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Microsoft SharePoint Services, Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007, Desktop Imaging & Management, Network Management and support of various other specialized legal support and electronic discovery packages Training Development Division: Designs and participates in full life cycle training programs for profession firms. Examples include developing specific training programs for Microsoft Office, Document Management Systems, Metadata Scrubbing Application, Docketing Solutions, Forms Management and Electronic Filing. The TDD provides clients with the full range of solutions including the development and design of supporting documentation through in-house resources. Research & Analysis Division: Typically supporting academic research the research and analysis division is responsible for research design, recommendations on methods for analysis, project management, data collection and analysis and final reporting. This division works closely with K-12 and University level academic groups to oversee, manage and publish final reports on many high profile projects.
