Cynosure Counselling and Coaching provides a non-medical, collaborative and customised approach to #mentalhealth and #wellbeing. We see the process of regaining and maintaining #wellness as a #partnership that allows all parties to bring their expertise and strengths to the table. This necessitates a stance of mutual #respect and an honouring of the uniqueness of each person involved, as well as a commitment to nurturing change in the way that works best for the person who is seeking it. While we have many tools for supporting people through change, we are not technique-driven, being guided by the needs and preferences of those with whom we work. Primarily we support professionals and business owners to successfully prepare for or navigate significant life #transition, such as #health challenges,#relocation,#relationship change, and #career redirection. We also support other counselling therapists in #privatepractice to build and grow a thriving business. However, we are open to having conversations with anyone who believes we could be the right fit for them. You are the cynosure (the focus of attention) of the work that we do together.
