At Cytopirate Labs, we believe science belongs to everyone, not just institutions. Our non-profit, community biolab and makerspace in Western Massachusetts, empowers people of all backgrounds to engage with hands-on scientific exploration. Whether you're an experienced researcher, a curious tinkerer, or totally new to STEM, this is a space to pursue your own ideas or contribute to community-driven projects. We offer tools, mentorship, and community support to help you test hypotheses, build inventions, and explore the unknown. Through classes, workshops, and events in microbiology, neuroscience, physics, public health, and more, we’re working to democratize access to scientific knowledge and practice.
