The point of difference I offer is the width and depth of my experience that provides a whole picture of retail and wholesale operations. On the retail side I worked on the sales floor, managed departments and became a buyer. This is where I gained a clear picture on how retailers think and operate. On the wholesale operations side I was a founding team member of Tom Ford Beauty and Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. Here I gained an understanding of how large companies work and how operations interacts with finance, marketing, and education, as well as how they sell good into retail. Being a founding team member for independent fragrance companies I was able to see how a startup is put together as well as learning how supply chain, production, regulatory, and logistics works. This experience and knowledge gives me the ability to make informed decisions to maximize sales, minimizes costs, and build relationships.
