D+C. The global magazine on international cooperation D+C is for everyone who wants to go beyond the news cycle. We tell the stories others overlook and amplify the voices that are too often missing: authors from the Global South, including experts from civil society, academia and politics. Because we believe that only by listening to the world’s full diversity can we shape its future. Our journalism is fact-based and solutions-oriented. We don’t just analyse what has gone wrong – we explore how things can be made better. We show that sustainability and global development are about real change and aren’t just empty words. D+C has a worldwide reach, yet we connect directly with our audience on the ground. With daily updates, newsletters, an e-paper, an app and a strong social media presence, we ensure our stories reach the people and places where they matter most. From youth movements in East Africa to research institutes in Central America, from village communities in South Asia to the boardrooms of the World Bank: with contributions from more than 400 authors spanning all continents, D+C brings together voices from every corner of the globe. Our editorial team works closely with these contributors, ensuring that their voices are presented authentically and with the necessary cultural sensitivity and nuance.
